I was web surfing through his website (http://www.lairdhamilton.com/today, and discovered a nice bonus in addition to the cool videos and pictures. If you want to seriously fall asleep at work, just open up the homepage and turn on your speakers. You get a wave soundtrack that will lull you into a coma in no time!

I eat lunch by the Kendal Square MIT Coop just about every day. It's basically a small food court with 5 or 6 dining options and an entrance into an MIT bookstore (I'm not sure if this is THE MIT bookstore, but there's tons of MIT stuff).

Every once in a while the bookstore puts a cart of sale books out into the food court section. These are seriously discounted books. I bought a hard back copy of the third book of the Ender's Game Shadow series about a year ago for $1, so when I saw the cart sitting out today I decided i would glance through the offerings. It was mostly what you would expect.. boring books, nerdy mit books, empty journals, and sci fi sleepers. Then another title caught my eye, Fantasies & Games For Lovers! Not the book i was expecting to see, but it made me chuckle!

Shakespear on the common (Taming of the Shrew) is good this year. Definately the best one of the past 5 years! Last show is this coming Sunday, so you still have a couple days to checka check it out.
