The end of the year is a great time to surf around and read "best of" lists. I particularly like to read the best album lists, so I can see what music I might have missed and try out a couple albums.

Last night I picked up Madvillainy and Loretta Lynn, Van Lear Rose. After one listen each, I am very pleased with both albums!

I also agree with a lot of lists, on the Modest Mouse album being really good. I heard Bjork once and like that one too. Anyone else have any favorite 2004 albums I should hear?
