Is Manhattan in the House?

I spent the weekend in Manhattan and it was my first real visit to New York city. It was cold and slushy/snowy most of the time, but I still did a lot of walking around in the city/park. It was actually a lot like I imagined it would be. One thing that I thought was really funny though, were all of the dogs dressed up in their winter clothes! I've never seen so many dogs wearing clothes in my life! It seemed like everyone was walking a dog and all the dogs were wearing stupid little hats, sweaters, scarves, and boots. In my opinion, it's appropriate for some dogs to wear a bandana around their neck, but that's it. Ok.. maybe there are some sissy dogs that can wear sweaters, but you don't really want one of those dogs. Although it's a fun place to visit, I know I could never live in a place in which dogs wear so man accessories.
