Have you ever actually listened to the lyrics of Outkast's Hey Ya? Well neither had I until I listened to it for about the 20th time today! Turns out it's kind of pessimistic and sad. Poor Outkast thinks that love can never last.. or something like that. I think the main point is:
If what they say is 'nothing is forever,'
Then what makes
Then what makes
Then what makes
Then what makes
Then what makes (What makes? What makes?)
Love the exception?
The funny part to me is how after these lines he says, "Ya'll don't want to hear me
You just want to dance". It's funny cause it's true! I still like the song; mostly for the "Why oh, why oh, why oh" part and when the fellas say, "Ice Cold!"

+10 Master Geek Points
I just noticed at 1:20 pm that I was wearing my undershirt backwards. The overshirt I'm wearing was unbuttoned enough at the top that you could totally see the tag lump from my backwards undershirt. Oh well.. it woulda been +30 Master Geek points, but I got a -20 for correctingthe problem after I noticed.
Are Birds Free From the Chains of the Skyway?
I took the T to work this morning and it was extra crowded at Davis. When the train came about half the cars were empty for some reason, so when everyone got on it was really packed. Some guy was making a big fuss about the fair increase on the T. At each stop he would make some dumb comment as people got on and off the train. At first I wished he would shut up, but by Central I was starting to think it was pretty funny.
It's damn cold outside!
