From a techsupport person at my company:

I asked for a screen shot of the error message. Today I received a reply and 7 screen shots. These were no 'normal' screen shots but the customer had stood in front of the monitor and taken photographs of the screen!! ... I hate to think what I would have got if I had asked for a screen dump! ;)

Million Dollar Idea

How awesome would it be if some network took NFL games deleted all the in between play time and replayed the games throughout the week? A full game could probably be cut down to an hour and still have time for commercials. I don't think people would watch any less football on Sunday because of this, so it would only generate more commercial $$. You could see all the good games you missed because the stupid network was showing some blow out. True you know the outcome, but I would probably still watch and there are probably others who would too. Who's with me?
