I went to see the very first showing of Star Wars II last night (or this morning) at midnight! I'm not one of those crazy fans who just had to see it, but Bill's friend Ken had an extra ticket so "Why Not"! I know the movie hasn't gotten the best reviews, but I enjoyed it. Actually for me, it was everything I expected from a Star Wars movie. The action and effects were awesome. The dialogue and plot development was a little weak and cheesy at times, but if you back away from those details the story is still pretty cool! What more do you want from Star Wars? That's what the first movies were all about, and everyone loves them right? So get your expectations in order, go see the movie, and love it.
Also saw the previews for the next Matrix movie and that looked pretty dang cool.

The Game
I was in a really cool scavenger hunt called "The Game" on Saturday. It started at the Boston Commons and took us to various locations throughout Boston and Cambridge. There were about 10 puzzles we had to solve to find our way through the game. For one of the puzzles we were given a CD with a "jumble" written on the cover.
1 _ (_) _ _ _ _
2 _ _ _ _ _ (_) _ _
...
...
Each track on the CD had music from an old video game. The name of the video game fit into the corresponding number on the jumble. This was one of the easiest puzzles, but it was cool to remember the old video games like Joust, Q*Bert, Centipede, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, etc etc.
Our team rocked "the Game" and coasted into first place, winning much honor and glory. If you're interested in more details, one of my teammates, Matt "Mathlete" Enlow, is writing up a
detailed account of our adventures and the puzzles we solved.
