This has been a busy week for me. I just now, on Thursday, read ESPN's Tuesday Morning Quarterback! This weeks edition starts out talking about the NFL's exclusive all access deal with DirectTV. I didn't even realise they had an exclusive deal with DirectTV, but I would love to be able to order an NFL package on cable and would probably do it if I could. I hope they don't renew the deal to 2006!
And now, thanks to Nate, I give you my 3 favorite Halloween songs that he has posted on his site:
I've noticed that as of last week the amount of junk mails I get in my Hotmail folder has been cut at least in half. Actually I'd say it's more like a third! I only had 18 messages today when I would normally expect 40-50. Obviously this rocks! All my junk mail fits on one page now so a quick scan and I can delete it all in one quick click. Plus I don't feel like I'm missing anything because I still get the penis enlargement, get out of debt, porn, and degree offers... just less of them! Anyone else notice this?

Pumpkin Fest
Saturday did not look good for the pumkin fest with heavy rains threatening the festivities. Nevertheless the Squanto crew got together for the annual event. This year was extra special because Nate came all the way from Seattle for his first pumpkin fest! Even though we did wuss out by not carving pumpkins it turned out to be a great day. By the time we got to Keene the rain had stopped and it was pleasantly warm. Even though no records were set 18,000 pumkins is still A LOT of pumpkins, kettle corn is still kettle corn, and good friends are still good friends!
